What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with cash at the door and credit card of any bank.

You can also make your payments with debit cards and cash payment (ATM) cards.

What are the Cash Payment Conditions at the Door?

Payment fee will be added to your shopping amount at the door of 10 TL requested by the shipping company.

Payment at the door is valid for all orders.
Return of products received with the payment option at the door can be made by sending to our return address.
If you want to return the products received by payment at the door and deposit the amount in your bank account, you can send us your IBAN number from our support line.
It is obligatory to submit an invoice in return transactions, no prepaid returns are accepted.
