    HOW CAN I ORDER?
    You can create an order via our site by subscribing or as a guest user. After creating your membership, you can add the product to your cart by going to the page of the product you want to buy, choosing the color, number / size you like and pressing the "Add to cart" button. Then, by clicking "My Cart" on the top right of our page, after the cargo and delivery information that the system will ask you, you can write your payment information and place your order.

    I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
    Enter the e-mail address that you used to register on the site, enter the e-mail address you used when registering on the site, by entering the "Member Login" section in the upper right corner of the page, and an e-mail will be sent to you in a very short time.

    WHAT SHOULD I TAKE ATTENTION WHEN ORDERING?
    First of all, when you become a member, you should pay attention to the fact that the member form you fill in contains complete and updated information. In case of any problem after your order, our customer representatives will contact you by making use of your contact information in your membership information.

    Your order will be sent to the delivery address you entered. In order to avoid any problems during cargo delivery, you should write your address in full detail.

    I HAVE MY ORDER, WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER?
    After your order arrives to our system without any problems, an e-mail will be sent to us by e-mail address that you used to create a membership on our site.

    Our customer representatives will prepare and ship your products to deliver your order to you as soon as possible without any problem. After we receive your order, it will be delivered within an average of 2 business days. This period may vary during campaign periods.

    When your product is delivered to the cargo company, we will send you an e-mail again and you will be informed about the cargo. Orders placed by credit card are processed immediately.

    HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    You can follow all the orders you have placed on our site through the My Orders section on your account page after logging in.

    HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Orders made from Bross.com.tr can be canceled by the customer before delivery to the cargo. You can report your cancellation requests to the e-mail address onlinesales@brossocks.com or to the Online Shopping Representative on 0533 053 07 86.

    The transactions to be made after delivery are evaluated in the return class.

    CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
    Product cannot be changed after your order has been created.
