    Yurtiçi Kargo does not deliver on public holidays.

    Where are my products shipped from?
    The products you buy from our bross.com.tr address are shipped from our Bross Textile factory in Çerkezköy.

    How can I find out that my order has been shipped?
    When your order is shipped, we send you an e-mail. You can track your cargo on Yurtiçi Kargo with the cargo tracking number written in this e-mail.

    What happens if I am not at the address in order delivery?
    If your order could not be delivered to you because you are not at your address, Yurtiçi Kargo does not make a second call to the specified address. In this case, you need to visit the branch where your cargo is located and pick up your cargo.
