    How do I make my refund?

    You can return your products with all accessories and original invoice, free of charge, within 15 days, provided they are unused.

    The code, name, reason for return and other requested information must be filled in completely.
    The product to be returned is not worn; packaging and product must not be damaged.
    You can send the products you have purchased free of charge with the contracted shipping company Yurtiçi Kargo.
    The shipping fee of returns sent by courier companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo belongs to our customer.


    * If the payment type is Cash Payment at the Door, your IBAN number should be sent to our customer service along with the order number. The bank account information and the person who placed the order must match, otherwise no refund payment can be made. If the return form is missing or not filled in, the refund will be void.

    How Does the Return Process Work?

    Your return will first be examined by Bross customer representatives and it will be investigated if it complies with the above mentioned conditions.
    The return of the products that are in compliance with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be deposited to your account within 2 business days. It may take 7-15 business days
