3- TRANSFER AND TRANSFER PURPOSE OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
Personal data and special quality personal data can be transferred to the persons referred to as reference for the purpose of performing reference controls by taking the necessary security measures in line with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of the Law and can only be processed for this purpose.

5- STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

6- RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In the event that Employee Candidates submit their requests regarding their rights to our Company through the methods set out in the Policy on the Protection and Processing of Employee Candidates' Personal Data, which has been publicly disclosed on www.bross.com.tr and www.brossocks.com, our Company will notify the request at the latest according to the nature of the request. It will conclude within thirty days free of charge. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, our Company will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
