1 - ABOUT THE IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

This Disclosure Text is written by Bross Tekstil San. Ve Tic. A.Ş, Yako Tekstil San. Ve Foreign Trade Inc. and Innovatech Otomasyon Sistemleri San. Ve Tic. A.Ş (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has been arranged to enlighten the data owners about the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through closed circuit recording systems used in the factories and other locations of the company.

2- PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Images of people entering the camera's field of view

The auditory data of the relevant person in the environment where there are audio recording devices

Vehicle license plate data of persons entering the company building with a vehicle

3- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Collected personal data are collected within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 of the Law, in order to ensure the legal, technical and commercial-business security of the relevant persons who are in business relations with the company and to ensure the security of the buildings belonging to the company. and to help ensure and protect the security of fixtures and to detect possible illegality and to obtain evidence. In this context, all cameras are recording 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4- PARTIES TO WHICH PERSONAL DATA CAN BE TRANSFERED AND TRANSFER PURPOSE

Your personal data processed by the company are not transferred to third parties.

5- PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHOD AND LEGAL REASON

Personal data is collected through closed circuit camera systems at Company locations. Closed circuit camera monitoring activities are carried out as a part of the Company's security policy. The collected personal data are processed due to the legitimate interest of the data controller within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 and Article of the Law.

6- STORAGE PERIOD

Closed circuit camera recordings are kept by the Company for 3 months and are destroyed in the first June or December following the storage period.

7- RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER SET IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW

Data owners in accordance with Article 11 of the Law,

Learning whether personal data is processed,

If their personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,

Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,

To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data are transferred

Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

To demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data,

has the rights.



The said rights will be evaluated and concluded within 30 (thirty) days if the personal data owners send them through the Data Supervisor Application Form at www.bross.com.tr and www.brossocks.com. Although it is essential not to charge any fee for the requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
